We have 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 guests with 9 separate beds All one one level with open plan design opening up onto huge deck and lovely lawn area overlooking 180 degree view. Flat house suitable for all ages. Pet friendly. Our house has everything you could need for the perfect holiday! Big outdoor table, BBQ, outdoor Pavilion on deck with outdoor lounge and designer furniture and artwork inside Luxury linen and towels all included in your tariff plus a complete pantry, Nespresso coffee machine and a full woodshed, 2 x flat screen TV”s , heaps of games, free unlimited WiFi, Netflix, 2 toy boxes, well set up for babies and toddlers (cot and high chair etc) surfboards, beach chairs, surf ski, toddlers paddling pool. Suitable for elderly and disabled guests .Flat house with handrails in shower and toilet . Dogs (max2) are allowed inside but not in the bedrooms or on any furniture.
