The space Welcome To Abby's Holiday Home - Abby's Holiday Home is a sunny, well equipped 3 bedroom home located just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of the village. Abby's is an ideal place to get away for a couple, extended family or small group. The holiday home is sunny and warm and is located less than 5 minutes walk from cafes, craft shops, the supermarket, river and bush walks. The house can sleep 10 people in three bedrooms however the top bunk is better suited for a child. There is one bathroom with a bath and a shower. The toilet is in a separate room. The home is well equipped and features a great log fire and electric blankets for the winter months. There is also a BBQ and outdoor area. If you are arriving by car, a double garage is available and if you have kids, children's toys are included. Linen provided. Location Geraldine is a great place for a family holiday, retreat from the city or as a stopover on your way to Mt Cook and the Southern Lakes. There are four ski-fields within 1.5 hours drive of the area. There are several cafes, wine bars and bakeries in the area along with food tasting at Barkers' fruit processors, a chocolate shop, Talbot Forest Cheese and Honey Corner Shop. The area also has numerous bush walks and salmon and trout fishing. Swimming and picnic spots are available in the river that runs through town and nearby gorges. There are a variety of arts and crafts studios, along with a vintage car museum, two golf courses, tennis courts, children's playgrounds and a heated swimming pool (November- March).
