Our holiday home is ideal for families groups. With four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, we don’t have air conditioning. A large entertaining area inside and a lovely alfresco BBQ area outside. Secure garden for pets and children with plenty of space to securely park the car and boat. The house overlooks a beautiful park and the beach is an easy 10 minute stroll. The house has a wood fire in the lounge. Cleaning fee includes linen. The space Our holiday home has been designed to make your holiday a relaxing experience. Each room is spacious with ensuite bathrooms to three rooms, everyone can enjoy a their own space. The open plan kitchen, lounge, dinning and alfresco make entertaining an enjoyable experience for everyone. The alfresco opens onto a large well maintained garden which is secured behind gates, making a perfect space for the children and pets. A large driveway which is secured by gates offers safe parking for boats and vehicles. With easy access to clean the boat after a successful fishing trip. The house looks out onto a beautiful spacious park, ideal for the children. Town is a 5 minute drive and the beach and Turquoise Pathway is an easy 10 minute walk. Linen and bath towels are supplied, however don't forget to bring your beach towels. Guest access You will have access to most of the home and will be able to relax in the fully enclosed back garden. Please note there is a locked pantry, linen cupboard and the shed is locked. Other things to note The house over looks a beautiful park with a playground.
