Porthia is a large and stylish house in Carbis Bay which has 3 bedrooms and has ocean views from the first floor. It sleeps 5 in a king size bedroom with en-suite shower, a double bedroom and a small double (4ft bed) bedroom. The space There is a wonderful family bathroom with large shower, WC and wash basin and a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin. The kitchen is very well-equipped to self-cater for a family of 5 easily. The living room and kitchen with dining is super comfortable with plenty of soft seating and a wood burner to create cosy evenings in. The tri-fold doors open up to a decked area and garden with outdoor seating and small stream leading to a footpath to the beach. Carbis Bay beach is a 15 minute walk away down a footpath that leads directly down to the beach. Carbis Bay train station is a 10 minute walk away and it takes you regularly into St Ives along a very picturesque route. The trip into St Ives is just 5 minutes. There is free WiFi throughout the house. There is private parking in a garage (dimensions are 210cm high, 540cm deep and 230cm wide) All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.
