We have huge couches, BBQ, kitchen, Outdoor TV, 85 inch SmartTV, hammocks, pool, office set-up, hot tub, parks, tennis center, and $7 UBER or Light-rail to any spot! The space The entire home is yours to enjoy! Enjoy the central location, hot tub, un-heated pool, hammocks and outdoor furniture while you watch the outdoor SmartTV. This place is perfect for your long stays! City’s tennis court is a three minute walk; dog park and huge Washington Park for kids to play at too! Inside, enjoy the Full kitchen, two desks for remote work and large monitors to attach to for remote work for longer stays, comfortable beds and new appliances are also yours to enjoy. Anything in the pantry or refrigerator is all yours as well! This is a full time AirBnB and we are at your service. You will check in with the AirBnB App (Code Provided with Message in App) in conjunction with our security cameras noted in this app. The code will arrive 45 minutes before check-in. Guest access We have an electronic door lock with special, unique codes for each guest. You'll receive this unique code before you check in via AirBnB app; a message is sent 45 minutes before check-in. Please share the code with any co-guests as we have had guests get locked out; we are sometimes not available for a few hours, though rare so it’s best to note this code with a guest or leave a note in your car so you don’t get locked out. Enjoy the property as if it's yours, our comfortable location and attention to detail, all to enhance your enjoyment and the utmost value for your longer stays. We can sleep up to 10 guests (max); 3 kids in couches and 8-9 guests can sleep comfortably in four beds including a King, queens and full beds. We also have two inflatable beds.
