Villa Cipresso total privacy with air conditioning

Villa Cipresso is located in a sublime spot and offers to its guests ancomfortable and welcoming accommodation. The entire facility is for the exclusive use of guests. None of the indoor / outdoor areas are shared. The Villa has three bedrooms all with private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a patio for outdoor dining and a beautiful swimming pool equipped with garden furniture and a wood oven. The views of the valley are breathtaking. The space The Villa is surrounded by woods and streams. It is an ideal location for trekking and mountain biking. A short distance away is a medieval archaeological site. The house is in good maintenance conditions and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Guest access None of the internal and external areas are shared with the owners or other guests. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and there is a splendid barbecue (not usable when there is too much drought, for safety reasons) Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT INFO: 1) Pets are welcome, but please inform us about the breed of your dog before booking the property. Aggressive breeds are not accepted. Please also note that there is a surcharge of 90 euros per pet per week (to be paid in cash upon arrival). The owner of the property has 2 Maremmano Sheppard dogs. Their names are Wadi and Roma. The two dogs are super fiendly and used to the presence of guests and other dogs. They are locked up during the daytime, and free to wonder around the property from 9PM to 9AM. 2) The road, in some parts, is steep, and in gravel, so make sure you will be driving the right kind of car: Fiat and Volkswagen are perfect. Audi and Alfa Romeo, not really. In any case, the best option is to have a front wheel transmission, or a SUV, or a 4x4 3) Central Heating and A/C are an extra cost. There are meters and the cost is the pure cost of energy. No mark up.
