The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals. Whip up a quick breakfast or indulge in a gourmet dinner using the microwave, electric stove top with oven, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot (with coffee and tea included), refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, electric can opener, and other cooking essentials. Relax and unwind in the living room, where a comfortable sofa easily converts into a queen size bed. Inside the coffee table offers an array of games, perfect for a cozy night in. You'll love the dining/worktable with two chairs and the Smart TV with FREE Netflix, Disney +, and Hulu, as well as prerecorded content. But the true highlight of the room is the breathtaking view through the large windows overlooking the river. Open the windows and let the soothing sounds of the river envelop you in a sense of tranquility. The bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, complete with a king size bed, and ceiling fan. Guest access You'll have parking space for one or two vehicles right next to your suite entrance. Other things to note River Access If you're looking to relax, swim, or fish by the river, simply follow the dirt road adjacent to the house all the way down to the riverfront. You'll find comfortable lounge chairs and a picnic table waiting for you at the water's edge. Keep in mind that the riverbank is made up of small, rounded pebbles and rocks, so wearing water shoes is recommended for optimal comfort (though not mandatory). The river is conveniently located less than a quarter mile from the house. If you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle, you can drive directly to the riverfront. Otherwise, it's just a short and easy 5-minute walk downhill, with a moderate uphill walk back to the house. During your visit, be sure to take in the stunning views of the river, forest, and wildlife that surrounds you. Plus, with a fire-pit and basketball hoop on site, there's plenty of entertainment to keep you busy. Please note that the campsite is rented separately and can be found on Airbnb under the name "Private River Oasis" and "Riverside Retreat". There may be guests at the campsite during your stay.
