We have a 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home with gorgeous views that sleeps up to 10 (there are 2 single rollaway beds if needed ) in the foothills outside of Exeter 20 minutes to the entrance to the Sequoia's, 10 minutes from Kaweah Lake and 15 minutes from Three Rivers. , Hands-On farm animal Feeding Experience-no charge; games grass area ; propane fire pit; Swimming pool ; Perfect for family reunions , a group getaway, or a Sequoia escape a great foothills setting! The space We are on 7 1/2 acres... The primary bedroom has a king and private bathroom located downstairs; The bedrooms upstairs on the left and right ends are both King size and the middle bedroom is a queen; There is a full bathroom soaking tub and shower upstairs and a full bathroom with a shower downstairs by den as well.... There are 2 rollaway single beds upstairs in closet as needed for 2 kids... There is piped in music all through the house downstairs and outside in backyard and front entrance porch for your enjoyment if so desired. 20 minute drive to the entrance of the Sequoia's.
