Close to many parks, Southport Golf Course, Chevron Island, Gold Coast Arts Centre. Close to Broadwater Parklands, Southport - 4 minute drive. So much luxury for a small budget. Townhouse sized land. No parties, functions, bucks nights, Schoolies or similar, very strictly applied. We do have monitored security plus neighbors who will inform us of any unacceptable activity. No noise after 9pm. Please be considerate to all of our neighbors. This is a family suburb and you do have neighbors nearby. Please be clear about the number of guests in your group. This is strictly applied. This is a unique arrangement between us we do everything we can to hand over our home in pristine condition, we accept it back at the end of your stay neat and tidy in a similar condition to how you found it. You need to advise us of any issues impacting your stay shortly after your arrival and during your stay. We do require the opportunity to rectify any such issue. Your failure to notify us may negate, reduce or extinguish any claim you may have, it may also impact on our ability to prepare the house for incoming guests which could result in extra costs. Communication is king, you will have direct contact with the owner and or manager during your stay through airbnb and mobile. Please ensure you do communicate via these avenues. If for any reason you vacate the premises early than planned, advise the owner/manager so we can secure our premises.
