The space This "Blissful" home has not only beautiful ocean and sound views but also a large private pool with deck and lounging furniture by a tiki bar and hot tub to enhance your relaxation. A path and stairs over the dune take you to a wide uncrowded beach. On the ground level, there are other activities such as horseshoe pits, basketball hoop and swings. Nearby is a game room featuring an air hockey table, large TV, stereo and full-sized refrigerator, perfect for drinks by the pool or to take to the beach. There is a refreshing large private outside shower near the pool and hot tub as well as a fish cleaning table, bathing suit cleaning sink for your convenience. The counter by gas grill (with gas) nearby the entertainment area will add to family fun. There is a storage area for your beach & fishing gear and a covered carport for your valuable vacation gear. The first floor of the home will be move in ready - BEDS ARE MADE (not just linens left in each bedroom for you to make the beds). Inside the home, you will be delighted by the first level accommodations including a king master bedroom with direct access to the oceanfront deck and private full bath. Two more bedrooms (one with king be and one with queen bed) also offer direct access to the oceanfront deck and may use either of the two baths located off hallways along with the fourth bedroom which has two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms provide TV/DVDs and ROKU for streaming. The main (top) level of the home features the great room with spectacular ocean views, comfortable new leather sofas and other seating, cocktail bar and a large flat screen TV & stereo with surround sound system. Here is a desk with office supplies and a comfortable chair for work that may need done. In summer, the outside firepit on the piazza is a great place to gather or walk to the beach for a beach fire. For winter vacations, the great room's wood burning fireplace will create warm memories to last forever. Blue water views can be seen through the large windows throughout the entire great room which is open to the kitchen. Two sets of sliders lead to the large Oceanview deck with picnic table and chairs to enjoy ocean breezes and speakers from the stereo. Another deck offers a sound view, the perfect place to watch the famed Hatteras Island sunsets. There is also a convenient half bath on the great room level. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops and plenty of counter space. Two ranges make preparing meals for the group easier and dual dishwashers provide quick cleanup. Cleaning fee includes making all the beds. Main floor, Game Room and all bedroom TVs have Streaming capability via ROKU. Bring your personal access codes! Each bedroom has a DVD player. Guests are invited to bring DVD's for the family! Please note we provide linens for each bed and a towel and washcloth for each guest. BEDS ARE MADE (unlike most beach rentals in Avon). We do not provide beach towels. Please do not take any bedding to the beach! Each bed has a blanket. Please do not use bedspreads as blankets.
