This cozy, downtown home is perfectly situated in the heart of Seward. It sleeps (4) comfortably and is within walking distance of everything! A full kitchen, cozy interior and convenient access are major perks to staying in this property! As our guest, we're here to help you explore Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park, offering discounts on many tours in the area! The space A queen bed is located in the bedroom with a queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is top-of-the-line and guests boast it's just as comfortable as a traditional bed. This property does not have a washer and dryer onsite but is conveniently located near a laundromat. Salty Sam's is 3/4 of a mile from the small boat harbor and 2 blocks from Resurrection Bay with a beautiful view of Mt. Marathon. It's a short walking distance to the Alaska Sealife Center, local shops, bars, restaurants, post office, laundromat, and coffee houses. If you forgot something, we’re right across the street from Seward’s local thrift shop, Ukanuzit. Guest access The entire space. Other things to note The home does not have a washer and dryer but is located near a laundromat. We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the home. A public outdoor grilling area is available at the pavilion near the waterfront for cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish in or on the property.
