This large modern luxury 4 bedroom house is perfect for your next visit to Newcastle, located less than a minute walk to Merewether Beach. Enjoy the water views from the balcony and entertain in the alfresco outdoor area in summer or sit back and unwind with a glass of red in front of the fire place in winter. The space The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite and walk in robe. There is a queen in the second room and 2 singles in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The main bathroom has a free standing bath and there is a 3rd bathroom downstairs. Comfortably accommodates 8 guests. There are 3 separate living areas. The property is fully air conditioned and there is a double garage plus off street parking. Guest access Guests will have complete private access to this property. Guests will be required to attend our office to collect keys. Other things to note Thank you for booking with Accommodation Around Newcastle. The below terms and conditions are agreed to by both parties. By confirming a booking, you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may result in booking cancellation or booking termination. Booking Fee: All bookings are subject to a $20 booking fee, included in the AIRBNB price. Arrival and Departure: All guests will receive their check-in details 7 days prior to booking commencement by email, unless requested earlier. Keys may be collected from a locked box at the office from 2:00pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated no later than 10:00am on the day of departure. Upon departure, keys must be returned to the office. The office is approx. a 5 minute drive to the property. Bond: You will be required to complete a security deposit form prior to your arrival. Your credit card details provided on the form will be securely stored accordingly. Funds will only be deducted from this credit card if we need to make a claim e.g. excess cleaning fees, damage or breakages, excess garbage removal or late check-out. All damages, breakages and losses to the property are to be reported and paid for by the guest. Should you discover a fault/breakage upon arrival please report it to our office immediately. PLEASE NOTE: All excess cleaning ie unwashed dishes, rubbish not placed in the provided bin - will incur a $100 charge which will be debited from your credit card. Should you require further clarification on what this charge is please send us a message prior to booking. Keys: The guest will be supplied with one set of keys to the property; if possible additional keys may be issued upon request. If a key is lost or misplaced by the guest, a $50 replacement fee will be charged. Please note, if you have misplaced a remote control, you will be charged at the cost of their replacement. Noise restrictions: Guests will need to make every possible effort to ensure that they are not making excessive noise beyond council noise restrictions. If this occurs, one warning will be issued – following this, if any further complaints are received, we will review the tenancy to which no refunds will be issued.
