Guest access 🛏️ UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS (LOFT STYLE) The 2 upstairs bedrooms are large, open-air loft style with internal balconies overlooking the living area, creating a spacious, light-filled feel. Plantation shutters provide privacy, however noise and light are not fully blocked. 🚷 REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY Only pre-booked, paying guests may use property 🚫 No free, undeclared or day visitors permitted. 👥 Max 12 guests total (inc infants) at any time. 🏡 PROPERTY ACCESS Paying guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of: • Garden shed • Locked storage areas used for housekeeping supplies ⏰ CHECK-OUT ACCESS Tariff includes access to the property until 10:00am only. 👥 LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS Groups wishing to also use The Cottage & Studio next door must book via the “Seaside Garden Cottages: All 3 Beautiful Cottages” listing (up to 16 guests). This individual listing is not intended for crossover use between properties. 🪜 STAIRS & ACCESSIBILITY • No stairs required to access: ground-floor living, dining, kitchen, 2 × king bedrooms, bathrooms & laundry • Guests using the two upstairs bedrooms will need to use stairs Other things to note 🚫 NO FREE GUESTS / DAY VISITORS Max 12 guests total (inc. babies & children). All guests (babies, kids, adults & visitors) must be declared & pre-booked. Guests staying next door may not cross over or use this property unless the “All 3 Cottages” option is booked. 🏡 BEDROOM LAYOUT Upper-level bedrooms are open-air loft style with balconies overlooking the living space.
