Langford House- Aggie Game Day/Family Spot

The Langford House is a renovated ranch style 1974 home. This 4 bed/2 bath, 2400 sqft home, features a game room, great backyard and a covered patio with lights and fans. Perfect for game day, graduations, families, and large groups alike. Close to Kyle Field, (6 min drive) Texas A&M University, North Gate, and the airport. We are centrally located for all events in the Brazos Valley. Note: Pets allowed, fees apply. Small events allowed with written approval and fee. The Langford House has been fully renovated with USB charging outlets in every room, recessed lights with dimmers, crown moulding in every room, new triple pane windows, state of the art security system, a remodeled game room, a new back patio, a gas grill, a completely redesigned bathroom, and many more upgrades that you will see around the property. The Langford House is very comfortable with a King size Tempur-Pedic cooling mattress and a 4K SmartTV in the primary bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms all have a queen bed and one of them has a FireStickTV. An air mattress is available in game room cabinets.. We have 2 living rooms, one is a cozy private living room without the distraction of a TV, where you can enjoy the fireplace and curl up with a good book. We also have a larger living room that is perfect to watch the big games on an 82'' 4K Samsung SmartTV with surround sound. The kitchen is well-equipped for the master chef. We have a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, and a pour-over coffee device for the coffee snobs like myself. In addition to the dining table we have outdoor seating, counter bar area, as well as seating in the game room to accommodate larger groups. We love our plants and believe that they bring calm and life into a living space. We kindly ask that you do not water them. Please, let us kill them ourselves. The back patio is a calm, relaxed space often visited by Burrowing Owls, Blue Jays, and Cardinals. We have a family of Mississippi Kites that have taken residence in a tall oak tree nearby, that hunt all around the neighborhood. We have a grill that can be used to cook your favorite game-day recipes, that you are welcome to use as long as you follow the instructions carefully. Guest access Our quiet community is a great central location for any event that is happening in the Brazos Valley. For the kids we have a locally run waterpark, Adamson Lagoon in Bee Creek Park, and is less than a mile away, The park is a perfect place to walk your dog to and from the house. If you bring your bicycle it is a short 10 minute ride to and from Kyle Field, and saves you the hassle of parking. All of the neighbors here are respectful and friendly. They vary between older college students, young families, professors, and retirees. We know our neighbors, and they know us, so we ask that you are considerate during your stay. Other things to note Great for families. We provide a pack n play, just let us know so that we can put it out for you. We want you to enjoy the house as much as we do. Pet fee is 95/pet.
