The next level has a master bedroom with a king bed and another full bath. The loft holds plenty of sleeping with a full and two twins. From the main level, a nice quiet deck faces Cornet Creek. The condo is near the ski lifts at the base of Lift 7, the grocery store, a fabulous Thai restaurant, an Apres ski bar, and a liquor store. The main downtown core of Telluride is just a 7-10 minute walk. The San Miguel River Trail is across the street. All that Telluride has to offer is close by. Business License #237 Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy: The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates), less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned, less the cancellation fee.
