Main Bedroom has Air Conditioning. One bedroom has two King Singles. This room interconnects with folding doors and can be closed & private with new insulated blinds throughout the room. This room opens out onto the front patio overlooking the private & tranquil front garden. ENTERTAINMENT Smart TV with Netflix Subscription Wi Fi & NBN Puzzles & Toys KITCHEN Kitchen/ family room opens out onto a private garden with a lovely BBQ paved area surrounded by tranquil gardens. New Oven & Gas Cook Top. Ceiling fan in Kitchen/Family room. Gas Heating. BATHROOM Large spacious family bathroom with claw foot bath and a large walk in shower. BBQ BBQ must be cleaned after use or a $60 cleaning fee will be charged after departure LAUNDRY Washing Machine available PARKING Within the grounds behind fence on concrete driveway or parking bay Guest access Guests have full use of the cottage For all your inquiries you are directly in touch with the owner. Other things to note Guests are asked to leave promptly at 10.00am unless a later time has been organised. $60 Late fees may apply if Housekeeper needs to wait for Departure The minimum stay is two nights.
