It sleeps 10 and is situated in a quiet residential area positioned 100m to Jan Juc surf beach, close to the shops and only a 25 minute gorgeous coastal walk to the world famous Bell's Beach. Perfect for families wanting a relaxed beach holiday with easy access to Victoria's Great Ocean Road, or surfers wanting easy walking access to Jan Juc Beach via the Bird Rock car park. Guest access Guests will have full independent access to entire house. Other things to note No more than 10 guests allowed. High chair and porta cot available. The cleaners do not clean the BBQ, we there for ask all guests to clean the BBQ well after each use. A spare gas cylinder for the BBQ can be located in wardrobe of bedroom opposite the laundry.
