The location is strategic: the villa is only 2 km from the nearest beaches, the mouth of the Chidro, San Pietro in Bevagna and the Salina dei Monaci. In 10 minutes by car you can also reach the beaches of Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. -The additional single pouf bed is suitable for a guest aged 7-16 years and is located in the large bedroom located on the mezzanine floor. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 2500 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be returned within 7 days of check-out, unless damages are found.
