Swan Valley Heights sits up on the Darling Scarp with unlimited views over the entire city of Perth. There are plenty of kangaroos to watch all day long as well as sheep grazing the property. Watch magnificent sunsets or observe storms as they slowly make their way across the beautiful city of Perth or just sit on the front veranda and watch the planes as they come and go in the distance. We are situated on ten peaceful acres with a winter creek running through the property The space This is a very peaceful and quiet block and is a great place to observe the world go by. Watch the trains in the distance and listen to them as they power up the incline as they head east or as they glide quietly down towards their destination in the city. Count the numerous planes as they come and go in several directions or you may just enjoy the cackling of the chooks as they lay their daily eggs. The nest boxes are accessible from the back verandah and I have a special breed of chooks that recognize little people and they take great delight in laying "Chocolate" eggs for the little folk. Guests have total and sole access to all this area. The pool area is shared with the owners but they have separate access so your residential privacy is not affected.
