The Cliffs is a well presented stand alone 3 bedroom town house situated in a quiet street a short walk from, shops, sporting facilities, cafes and the Red Cliffs Club. The space The Cliffs is a stylish modern home with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen separate dining, lounge with TV Soundbar and blue tooth Sub woofer. Laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. Courtyard area with out door dining and gas BBQ. Pantry Staples supplied. For the nightly rate guest will be able to access the whole house including 1 bedroom. The nightly rate is for two guests (1 bedroom). There will be an additional fee of $50.00 per person per night for additional guests (which will be auto calculated by the system as long as correct number of guests are indicated on your booking). Additional bedrooms will be locked unless they are booked for additional guests. IMPORTANT: 1. For 2 guests requiring 2 bedrooms, an additional fee of $50.00 per booking. 2. For 3 guest and three bedrooms and additional fee of $100 per stay. **If you have any queries regarding costs please message me.
