Villa Zoe

Located in Comiso, 3 km from the airport, immersed in the Ragusan countryside, a UNESCO heritage site, Villa Zoe is an ideal base for exploring south-eastern Sicily: Ragusa Ibla and its Baroque, Scicli, Modica, Noto, Syracuse and the characteristic fishing villages of Punta Secca (known for the television series "Inspector Montalbano"), Donnalucata, Portopalo, Marzamemi and Marina di Ragusa (known for its renowned tourist port). The space The property consists of a single housing unit that is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with an ornamental fireplace, sofa bed and flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. There is also a terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Our swimming pool is equipped with a comfortable whirlpool area, ideal for moments of pure relaxation. Targeted water jets help relieve muscle tension and promote physical and mental well-being, making each bath a rejuvenating experience. The villa has Wi-Fi. Guest access Villa Zoe boasts a garden with lemon and orange trees, a private swimming pool with solarium, sunbeds and outdoor shower, a covered veranda with seating, barbecue and private indoor parking. There is also a room/changing room with shower, bathroom with toilet and sink, a laundry room, a fitness area with equipment and a children's play area with a house and slide. The outdoor pool is available between April 1 and October 31. The outdoor hot tub is available from November 1st to March 31st. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
