While it is cosy indoors its equally charming and enjoyable outdoors with a wrap around elevated front deck and rear covered entertainment area and sheltered garden courtyard Unusually for comparable properties there is a reverse cycle air conditioner that will heat or cool the entire house, an indoor fireplace - perfect for a romantic winters night, free unlimited high speed internet and plenty of free off-street parking, suitable for cars plus a boat and motor home. The Bay of Fires and surrounding national parks are areas not to be missed when visiting the Tasmanian East Coast and this property is the perfect launch pad for exploring all that the area has to offer. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Other things to note Guests should stock up on any groceries at St Helens before proceeding to the property at Binalong Bay. Milk, coffee, tea, cooking oil and condiments are provided. Washing machine and dishwasher powder, cleaning supplies and toiletries are also provided. Beds are made up with fresh linen and fresh towels are provided at the commencement of each stay. Please note that Binalong Bay is an eco friendly area and tank water and a septic system is in use. The hosts appreciate conserving water as much as possible and special care needs to be taken on items flushed in the toilets (toilet paper only please). A sink based water filter and seperate bench top water filter is provided for drinking water.
