Description

"Beach Haven" two storey Brooms Head Beach House perfectly positioned for that fun filled and active holiday on the sea shore. Its position also provides a quiet and relaxing retreat. The design will make it very easy to have the whole family staying with you at the Brooms Head with this substantial beach house. Please Note: You will need to bring your own Sheets, Pillowcases and Bath/Beach Towels. Blankets/Doonas, Pillows, Tea Towels, Bathmat, Hand Towels and Wi-Fi are provided. The space Large sized bedrooms on both levels make for a total of four rooms (Queen beds x 3 + Tri-Bunk DB/SB), and bathroom facilities are on both levels. The combination of living, dining, and full sized kitchen with an outlook to the ocean. The timber floor adds a very coastal and casual feel to this first floor. Guest access Check-in Information/Code will be sent 2-3 days before booking date via Airbnb Messages/Inbox. Caravans, Tents and Other Structures are not to be erected or occupied at/outside the property. Pets are allowed (pet fee) but are not allowed in the bedrooms or upstairs living area unless controlled and adequate pet bedding supplied. Pets need to be well-behaved, kept on leash outside (leash free area northern beach of Bowls Club), and you need to clean up after them. In the event a guest is locked out of the property during the rental period, there will be a $55 charge for this service. There is a $110 charge for lost key also. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the client’s responsibility during the stay. The guests shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such damage, breakages theft or loss, however caused or occurring. When using Heaters (Oil, Panel, or Other), they must Plug into Wall Sockets Only, No Power Boards or Extension Cords, and turn off when finished/leaving. No EV or Electric Scooter/Bike charging. Rubbish and Recycling Bins Pick-Up on fortnightly cycle (Very Early Wednesday Morning). Any excess rubbish or recycling material that does not fit into the council bins provided is the responsibility of the client and must be removed by the client accordingly. If this is not done, then rubbish and recycling material removal and tip fees will be charged. No fish or seafood waste is to be disposed of in house/council bins. If the BBQ has been used, it must be left clean, and if not, a $55 cleaning surcharge will apply. The owners arrange for a standard clean of property as priced. However, any non-standard or additional cleaning costs will be charged back to the client at a rate of $55 per hour. Departure: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Prior to departure, rubbish and recycling materials should be removed from the house and placed in the bins. Other things to note Sofa bed available downstairs area. No Fires or Fire Pits. Full kitchen. Tea/Coffee/Sugar supplied and basic cooking items (Salt and Pepper, Ali/Baking/Clear paper, some oils and extra's). Nespresso coffee machine with some pods (BYO Pods). Towels, pillow cases, and bed sheets are not included but are available for an additional cost. We have had some guests arrive without linen. Beach Haven does NOT provide linen! Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels. If you sleep directly on the mattress protectors and pillow protectors, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $65.
