Gorgeous 46 acre country property surrounded by trees and nestled into the beautiful Kansas Flint Hills. Perfect place to get away for some peace and quiet to enjoy nature and wildlife. Stone fire pits, natural stream "Den Creek", pond full of fish, and walking trails around the property. We welcome families, friends who travels through the area with RV's or mobil homes. There is a fully installed RV HOOKUP available with 30Amp-50 Amp plugs, water/sewer in a very beautiful place on the property. The space You will be immersed in the beauty and peacefulness of the Flint Hills. There is complete privacy here, other than the deer and turkey that wander around the property. You can enjoy the outdoors and rural nature of the area, but still have a few of the modern amenities like premium Satellite TV and air conditioning and proper RV hookup. The property is beautiful and the homes are decorated with antiques from the owners personal collection. THIS IS NO MOTEL Guest access There is a main house and two other buildings with living space on the property. Guests will have access to the Cottage or Bunk house depending on how many guest will book and will have access to the entirety of the property other than the interior of the main house including porches on any building and all stone fire pits, gazebo, pond.The Cottage is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, with a full kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: there is 2 guest houses available on the same property but under 2 different listing on AIRBNB. Other things to note This property has a stocked pond and is fully surrounded by Flint Hills tallgrass prairie, but is also only about 7-10 miles from both the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve and the Chase State Fishing Lake. Also, 15 to 20 minutes away from our property are other places to enjoy during your stay. Cottonwood Falls, which has a few restaurants, quaint antique shops etc. Then hop over to Strong City to check other restaurant and shops.
