Air conditioning (with heating option) in all bedrooms and living areas, TV's in all bedrooms and full Sky TV in one of the living rooms, plus Amazon Echo units around the house. There’s superfast 600MB fibre WiFi throughout the villa, even by the pool. With no fewer than three kitchens - two inside, and one outside Summer Kitchen with large Aussie BBQ, large paella gas ring/pan and Pizza Oven. There's also a separate poolside Bar with chilled Spanish lager on tap, fizz in the fridge and drinks for the kids. There's a dishwasher and sink too. NEW FOR 2026 - Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own bathroom/shower room (either en-suite or opposite/adjacent), plus there is a further shower room/toilet by the swimming pool area, The large outside dining table, which seats 16-18 people, has a roof for total shade/weather protection. There is also a further shaded seating area next to the poolside bar. The inside kitchens are fully equipped - both have large American fridge/freezers with ice and water dispensers. Bosch ovens, dishwashers, and induction hobs for safety. Beautiful quartz countertops throughout. There's plenty of cutlery, glassware and crockery for everyone. If you don't want to walk, a bus stop is just a few steps away from the villa. This regular service takes you down to the Arenal beachfront, Port/Marina area and the Old Town. Only €1.50 per journey. A further bus route goes to the beautiful Portixol beach, for €3. There's a large (optional heated) private pool, complete with a shallow splash pool/bubbling spa (which can also be heated). Plus 20 luxury sunbeds - and plenty of other outside seating around the garden - so you can chill and relax for a bit of 'me time'. Rock speakers by the side of the pool mean you can play out your selection of songs from one of the villa's Amazon Echo's (Alexa) whilst sunbathing. Large electric gates open up to the long driveway, which in turn leads to the outdoor living and private pool area. There's an outdoor children's play area with swings, slide etc, a giant chess set, giant Connect 4, an outdoor pool table, and pétanque/boules court.
