Villa Ana Boljun

Beautiful stone villa build in 1697. was completely refurbished in 2014. It is located in the heart of green Istria just down the mountain Učka and medieval village of Boljun. It has a pool that looks up the mountain and surrounding green. Peaceful. The space 300 years old village house that was refurbished with lot of love in 2014. 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms(3 showers and one bath), very thick stone walls that act as a natural air condition and sometimes you need to cover yourself with blanket during the night. You sleep like a baby. Open space connecting kitchen, living room and dinning room. Old fireplace is not for use. The pool is 24 m2(8x3). The villa is situated in beautiful nature. Guest access Guests can use entire villa accept the place where are situated pool pumps. Other things to note The pool is being cleaned two times a week in the morning hours. We'll do our best not to disturb our guests, in any way.
