This is for females only - share the home. The space It's a mid-sized downstairs in a quiet home. 1st floor is Living Room, Dining Room, Small Kitchen. Guest access Access Living room, dining room, kitchen and deck. Only the other BRs are off-limits. Other things to note The regular guests are long-term tenants. We make two BRs available for airBnB guests. The owners demand that guests agree to leave the premises on Saturdays from 10 - 3p and leave their room available to be visited by a workman, realtor, or cleaning professional. All such visitors are bound by ethics, if not bonding, to be unintrusive and enter for as little time as possible.
