The interior of the villa offers 280m2 distributed over 2 spacious floors, with 5 large bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms. It also has a bright living room, a large dining room and a fully equipped independent kitchen. For the little ones in the house, there is a cot and high chair available. At 1 km from the property begins the tourist centre of Arenal, with a great variety of commercial establishments, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the famous Mediterranean cuisine. This villa is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. - - - - - Important Notes - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common rooms. It does not have heating, although the air conditioners have a heat pump for the winter. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
