This lake front home is the perfect getaway! Located on the deep waters of Lake Sinclair, this home boasts an open floor plan, 4 bed rooms and 2.5 baths. Enjoy the great outdoors with swimming, floating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing! This beautiful home also has a lakeside covered pavilion with propane grill, tables and chairs. The wrap around back porch also has outdoor tables and chairs! Enjoy your evenings making a fire and roasting marshmallows! We have wi-fi! The space This home feels so luxurious and and cozy at the same time! The double doors in the den really bring the outside indoors! We have 2 large tables on the porch for outdoor eating as well as the pavilion with more seating. We have 2 slips for jet skies and we can leave recommendations for where to rent those. We also have side dock tie ups so you can bring your boat! Twin Bridges marina is literally less than a mile away. Please come let this be your home away from home and enjoy a fun and relaxing stay! Guest access Entire home, pavilion, boat house and dock. Other things to note Our lakeside pavilion includes a wood burning grill as well as a propane grill. All linens and towels are included. We have a few flotation devices in our boathouse but please plan to bring some with you for your enjoyment! We have a lovely lakeside firepit. Please plan to bring your own wood. Small sticks are easy to find around the property to help you get it stated. We provide Smores sticks in the kitchen so it's sure to be a great time! We also have a Keurig and drip coffee maker.
