The space The air-conditioned Villa is spread over three floors and consists of a living room, a dining room with adjoining kitchen, a 40-square-meter terrace, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. LIVING AREA The very bright and spacious living room has a large window that allows you to enjoy the view below. It's furnished with two armchairs, a sofa, and a wooden dining table. In front of the large window is a long brick fireplace where there is a 40"TV where you can watch your favorite TV shows. TINELLO AND KITCHEN The kitchenette and kitchen are characterized by wooden parquet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a kettle, and an espresso machine. TERRACE The 40-square-meter terrace spans almost the entire perimeter of the house. It overlooks the Chiana Valley below and is perfect for eating or sipping a glass of wine admiring the beauty of the Tuscan plain and hills. THE ROOMS Climbing some wooden steps you reach the first floor where there are three of the four rooms of the Villa. The first is a bedroom with a double bed with a closet and a vintage wooden desk. The second bedroom has two single beds with a wardrobe and a vintage wooden dresser. The last room on the floor, from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding valley, is double and has a black glass and walnut wood console. The fourth bedroom is located in the attic of the house and is equipped with a double wrought iron bed, a desk, and a wooden closet. It also enjoys a small terrace where you can relax and sunbathe. THE BATHS There are three bathrooms of the Villa. Two are on the first floor next to the three bedrooms and one is located in the attic. Two are equipped with a shower and one with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. In addition, the 3 bathrooms have all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home.
