Gîte Aux portes du Sancy, in Auvergne, 15 people

We invite you to share our life in the countryside for a stay. Stay in a house in the heart of a small village surrounded by nature*. The vacation rental is located in the municipality of Montaigut le Blanc, in the hamlet of Saint Julien. You will be 25 minutes from the Super Besse ski resorts for a range of outdoor activities. The gîte can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. *10 minutes from the A75 motorway exit (exit 6 Champeix) The space Large 300 m² gîte, located in a small quiet hamlet in the municipality of Montaigut le Blanc. You will be 30 minutes from Clermont Ferrand, 40 minutes from Puy de Dôme and Vulcania. 15 minutes away you can tour Lake Pavin but also swim in Lake Chambon, and you will be 25 minutes from the Super Besse ski resort. You will find all amenities 3 km away, Intermarché, Pharmacy, Bakery, Restaurants... The house was renovated in 2021 and offers modern decor, large bright volumes, a large living room, a relaxation area with foosball and video game console. You can also enjoy its enclosed garden to relax. ​On the ground floor you will find a large dining room, kitchen, living room, and toilet. You will have access to the garden to enjoy the sunny days. You will enjoy a large terrace for eating outside, and we provide a charcoal barbecue. ​On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms with a double bed (i.e. 8 beds). On this floor there are also 2 bathrooms and separate toilets. On the second floor, you will have access to 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds (i.e. 6 beds). On this floor there is also 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a double bedroom with its own bathroom (2 beds).​ Children are welcome and we provide some toys and the necessary equipment (a travel crib, changing table, high chair). Rental of linens and towels: - for double bed: €18 - for single bed: €10 Linens and towels will only be placed on the beds. The beds will not be made. PLEASE NOTE the cottage must be returned in the clean condition in which you found it, otherwise a cleaning fee will be applied. THE COFFEE MAKER IS A BEAN COFFEE MACHINE, there is also a classic filter coffee maker. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Information: the stairs are made of lava stone and are very old. They have some worn steps that can be complicated for the elderly. Guest access You will have a parking space in front of the house to unload. Other vehicles will have to park in the village (two-minute walk to the gîte). Other things to note A type 2 electric charging station (7kW/h) is available. The rate is €0.27/kWh. No recharging on an outlet will be accepted. If you wish to use the terminal, please let us know upon arrival so that you can be given the charging card. You will need to pay for your recharge when you return the card upon checkout.
