Other things to note Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules: - Maximum of 8 adults permitted unless prior approval obtained from Byron Beach Retreats. - Commercial events prohibited including weddings, hens/bucks parties and school-leavers groups. Intimate gatherings/photo shoots may be approved with additional fees and conditions. - Strict noise restrictions apply - no parties allowed. Security call-outs may result in fines or eviction. - Pets may be approved upon request – owners must clean all waste or face cleaning fees. A $70 pet fee applies. Note: Dogs prohibited in Broken Head National Park and beach (nearest dog beach at Suffolk Park). - Violations may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. - Check-in time starts at 3PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. - To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy.
