The space 2 King Bedrooms with attached bathrooms opening to the pool, 2 Queen bedrooms sharing a bathroom with courtyard view. All rooms have mini split A/C, hotel quality bedding, and smart TV,s. Guest access Playa Colorada is a private development on the beach. There is no guard gate. There is plenty of parking in the driveway of the house. Other things to note The house does not have heat, so if you are here in the winter pack accordingly and bring your slippers! The pool does not have heat at this time. House is not child/toddler proof. No cribs, no high chairs, no pool gate etc… Prefer children over age 10
