The space The apartment is located in the area where the annual festivities of the Popular Saints take place during the month of June. Alfama is a very busy tourist area. Please be aware that this area may be quite busy and noise may be expected! ￫ Building The apartment is located on the third floor of a traditional Portuguese building (no elevator) and has the truly amazing feel of Alfama. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for a good time in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and incredible viewpoints within walking distance. Strictly pedestrian access street. The nearest vehicle access is about a 5-minute walk. Alfama is an old neighborhood, characterized by narrow, steep streets and Portuguese sidewalks. It is located just a 20-minute walk from downtown Lisbon. Don't forget your comfortable shoes! ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The other bedroom has two single beds, is located upstairs and has a reduced height. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave and a table for 2 people overlooking the river. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. ￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest.
