The Old Shippon has been tastefully converted from the Old milking parlour and is situated within its own grounds in a stunning peaceful location on the banks of the stream which leads its way through the valley to the beach at Crackington Haven, about a 30 Minute stroll away. Bathroom with full sized Bath & Electric Shower Beds are made up for your arrival. Outside this property benefits from a large gated decked area as well as its own private enclosed garden. The property itself overlooks the woodland beyond the stream where many kinds of wildlife such as Deer, Badgers and Fox can often been seen. Take the stunning Valley walk to the Beach and Pub which is about a 30 minute stroll through the Streamside Fields and woodland. Holiday Cottage just up the Valley from Crackington Haven, a lovely Cottage which sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms, we are a Family business and have been at Mineshop since the mid sixties. Dogs are welcome at Mineshop, we do make a charge of £25.00 per dog per week which is payable on arrival, they will enjoy are streamside Valley Fields, here they can have uninterrupted lead free freedom. We do have changeover days from Fridays to Fridays but sometimes out of season we can be far more flexible, so if this doesn't suit please do contact us and we will see if we can help. Electricity, If you have a Electric or Hybid Car and wish to charge it please do let us know, we will then read the meter on your arrival and departure, you will be given a weekly credit of £30.00, if you do go over this you will be charged the current unit rate we pay. This only apples to Electric car users.
