Carraway Country Cottage

Carraway is a rambling 100 year old cottage with 12 foot high ceilings and additions, it has plenty of charm, space and a beautiful log fire . Enjoy; a private jetty with direct access to the Shoalhaven River for fishing, swimming or kayaking, separate games room with BBQ area, country gardens including fruit trees, kids will love the swings under the magnificent Fig tree, Comerong Island or Culburra beach only 10min away, Jindy Andy Mill gift shops and cafe 5min away. The space There are very few locations that combine country with the water. Carraway is a very unique property situated in the heart of dairy country right on the edge of the Shoalhaven River. With it's own private Jetty and sprawling country gardens all the family can enjoy a variety of activities or total relaxation. You can escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Take in the stunning views of Mt Coolangatta across the river, the fields of luscious green grass and sit on the Jetty for fishing or drinks, it's wonderful way to unwind or share special time with family and friends. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property (there are a few locked cupboards and drawers for the hosts personal items). Other things to note Please close all gates as you enter and leave the property in case cows are being moved into our fields, they can damage our gardens very quickly! The Flying Fox is not for guests use due to liability. The Bon Fire is not for guests use due to liability. Keep all fly screen doors closed at all times to keep out unwanted wildlife eg. flies, mosquitoes, lizards, bats and snakes. Registration details PID-STRA-17613
