McCrae: 5 minute walk to the beach with bay views

Our house is walking distance to the beach and boasts a beautiful sea view. There is a large sea facing balcony. The house has been renovated but still has its original charm. The living area is open plan, light, modern with polished floorboards throughout. There is a large back garden, great for kids and four legged friends. At the end of the street, there are some excellent local cafes and restaurants. The space This option does not include access to the laundry downstairs, hence cheaper than renting the whole house. Ideal for weekend stays or smaller groups. There WILL NOT be someone occupying downstairs, so you will still have exclusive use of the property. Please note: bedlinen and towels are not included in the nightly rate. These can be arranged for an additional fee (see under "other details to note") Guest access The upstairs can be accessed, the downstairs will be locked. If you wish to access the laundry, you can pay a bit extra and rent the entire house. This will also give you access to a 2nd bathroom, bedroom and games room. Other things to note Linen and towels are not included in the nightly rate. If you want linen and towels, these can be provided at an additional charge. $15 per bed - sheet set plus pillow cases $7 per towel, will include bath mat, hand towel and face washer $40 if you want all beds made up before your stay (costs cover laundry expenses)
