Reverse cycle air-conditioning (cool & heat) & ceiling fans. 40" Television (not a smart TV), DVD player and DVD library, but no wifi. Porta-cot available on request, with bedding if required. Bedding available for futon in living area for children only at no extra charge. Large yard, partially fenced, with clothes line and pegs. Ample off street parking (room for an extra car or boat). Bushland views, short walk to beach. No pets. Guest access Check in 2.00pm or after with key box access. Check out 11.00am. Changes to these times may be negotiated with the owners. Full kitchen includes kettle, toaster, stove top, oven, microwave, full fridge/freezer & dishwasher. Tea towels, sponges and detergent provided at no extra charge. Other things to note 2 km to Club Husky and mini-golf. 2 km to tennis courts, sports fields and cricket nets. 4 km to Woollamia Regional Boat Ramp (access to Jervis Bay via Currambene Creek) 3 kn to Vincentia shops including Coles and laundromat. 3 km to Holden St Boat Ramp, Vincentia. 5 km to Sailing Club Boat Ramp, Plantation Point, Vincentia. 6km to Bay and Basin Leisure Centre (gym, indoor pools & oval) Short drive to Booderee National Park. Hyams Beach and access to St Georges Basin. Birders will spot a variety of common and rare species, local and migrating in and around Huskisson and the greater Shoalhaven.
