This spacious home rests on the northwestern shoreline of Lake Winnisquam. You'll be greeted with spectacular sunrises and lulled to sleep by gently lapping waves at night. Fish right off the dock. The 4br home has two additional sleeping areas and a second-floor office. Most rooms in the home enjoy sweeping views of the lake and the Belknap Mountain range. Tilton is 15 minutes to the west and downtown Meredith is a 20-minute drive. Several ski areas are within 25-35 minutes. The space There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two baths, plus an additional room with a queen sleeper sofa. There are two bedrooms and one bath on the second floor with an additional sleeping area with a queen sleeper sofa. The large kitchen is well equipped and the table can seat 12. The finished basement has multiple games such as air hockey, shuffleboard and foosball, plus lots of seating and tables for board games and card games. Guest access There is parking in the driveway for up to 5 cars. The roads in the neighborhood are narrow and winding. Not the safest for biking or kids. Other things to note The dock is pulled out of the water Nov - April, as required by law. In season, feel free to use our kayaks and stand-up paddleboards.
