Separate entrance, garage storage for bike; use of kitchen optional; recently remodeled laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. Host recently retired and because of COVID, am around the house a lot. Am available for local tips, morning coffee and occasional evening glass of wine -- social distancing in place. Well, it's heaven. Green, green, green spring, summer and fall; in the woods. Friendly, diverse neighborhood and its seconds away from running, biking and skiing trails. And, it's all in the city. What else could you ask for? Metro Transit bus stop is outside the door. Connects to light rail transit to Minneapolis in downtown St. Paul. Room and guest's bathroom are at the opposite end of the house from owner's primary living quarters, which provides natural social distancing. Owner is happy to wear a mask inside the house when needed.
