Access to kitchen, outdoor deck, off street parking, laundry. The space Modernist house filled with light and art surrounded by green space. All the amenities and a great host, besides. Bathroom is all yours. In room cable lets you TV binge well into the night. In general, you'll be very comfortable and very happy. Guest access Separate entrance, garage storage for bike; use of kitchen optional; recently remodeled laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. During your stay Host recently retired and because of COVID, am around the house a lot. Am available for local tips, morning coffee and occasional evening glass of wine -- social distancing in place. Other things to note Room and guest's bathroom are at the opposite end of the house from owner's primary living quarters, which provides natural social distancing.
