Newly renovated 4-season getaway for all your Lake Winnipesaukee vacation dreams! 10min walk to Weirs Beach, 12min drive to Gunstock Mountain, new therapeutic grade hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, 2 fireplaces, spacious deck w/ gas grill + fire pit-all close to the best local bars/restaurants/shopping/activities the NH Lakes Region has to offer! Our cozy, fully-stocked home boasts new finishes, cathedral ceilings, central air, washer/dryer, Wifi and 3 parking spots. See Guidebook for local recs! The space We moved into this house in November 2021, so the house has all new furniture and brand new beds! Master bed has a king bed, and the two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. The couch in the basement pulls out into a double bed and makes for a private, spacious 4th bedroom when the door shades are pulled down. The couch in the main living room also pulls out to a full size bed, but we ask that only one person sleep on it and only when necessary. Pool is seasonal (generally open early June and closes around Labor Day). It is not heated. For your/our security and the protection of our home, we have surveillance cameras around the outside perimeter of the property. We do NOT look at the camera out back (which has only partial view of the hot tub) unless there is a security issue or complaint.
