Guest access crystal blue apartment is located on the first floor of a 2 storey apartment. guests have full access to the apartment Other things to note REMEMBER BEFORE YOU ARRIVE We have a key safe next to the front door.Ring the day before arrival for the security code so you can get the keys out.please replace the keys and scramble the numbers on departure BREAKAGES We understand that things get broken, We ask that all breakages be reported to us and we will have them replaced at your cost. CHILDREN Crystal Blue Apartment is a very modern apartment and we welcome children under supervision You need to be aware of: We have a long flight of carpeted stairs up to the apartment which are not enclosed at the top. The apartment is very modern & decorated with a few ornaments some glass which we are happy if you choose to move out of harms way If you accidentally lock the keys in the apartment just ring us any time & we will tell you where you can pick up a spare set . It pays to always put the keys back into the key safe when either or both of you go out that way you both have access to the keys. The day before your arrival please ring us so we can give you the code for the key lock so you can get in. The key lock is situated to the right of the door, put the 4 digit code in from left to right & push the black button down, this will release the key. Go through the front door and the door straight ahead is the door to the apartment. Please replace the keys on departure. Our phone number is 0400619133. Check out time is 10.00am unless prior arrangements have been made. Check in is 2.00 p.m. The fire extinguisher is above the dishwasher on the wall Strictly NO SMOKING inside. The property runs on a septic system please don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the system. Do not turn off isolation switches on the splash back directly to the right of the kitchen hot plates . If you accidentally turn them off turn back on & reset oven by pushing the two silver buttons directly below the oven clock at the same time then push the left hand button once this should come up as 12.00 o clock .The oven will then work. if there is still a problem read the manual in the draw. Please report all breakages so that arrangements can be made for their replacement Please make sure all bins have been emptied. Please leave as you would your own house as you found it. We don't expect it to be spotless but reasonably clean. t. ON DEPARTURE Air conditioner TV & fans are turned off. All rubbish is removed Garage remote is left on the table The key is replaced in the key safe & the numbers are scrambled. All lights are turned off. Check fridge for anything you may have left behind and cleaned out. DIRECTIONS When driving down the coast from Ardrossan you will go through Pine Point then further down you will pass the turn off to Port Julia keep going and you will see the turn off on the left to Pt. Vincent this is lime kiln road. Follow it down to the coast and turn right this is Marine Parade. Follow it along the coast until you see the Pt Vincent deli on the corner . Crystal Blue Apartment is right next to the deli upstairs facing the water. The Ventnor Hotel is on the opposite corner. If you miss the first turn off to Pt .Vincent there is another about 2-3 km further along called the Main Minlaton rd, turn left there & drive straight to the coast you will see the Ventnor Hotel on the right & Pt.Vincent take away deli on the left, turn left & you can angle park straight out the front of crystal blue.
