Guest access There is free street parking, a 2 car garage via alley access, and most everything you need is within walking distance. Other things to note This property has a locked basement that is not accessible to guests. When needed, maintenance, landscaping, or cleaning staff may be present on the property during the guest's stay, accessing these locked areas or lawn/outdoor areas in order to perform their job duties. However, these staff will not access interior areas of the home that are meant for our guests. This home also has a security camera that monitors the front of the home. Additional Note: An additional security deposit may be required for guests who do not have a previous positive review from a host. This security deposit is fully refundable, given that there are no damages or house rules are violated.
