With their own WIR, ensuite, & kitchenette. The space This generous property comfortably sleeps 15 people. Its for people who wish to enjoy the short nature walk to the inlet, kayak in a creek, walk into town for coffee, or just relax in a fresh, clean, airy and a beautiful space. We hope people can enjoy quality time together while having the generous space, while having their own area to retreat. It’s positioned in a stunning location of Inverloch, where guests can enjoy a well know nature walk along screw creek and to Townsend Bluff views, walk to the inlet for a swim, or stroll further into town for your coffee! This is our family home so we expect quests to respect it, and leave it as found. There will be minimal stored away in wardrobes, but plenty of space made for guests to use. We willingly leave our home set up for guests. This includes kitchen appliance including a coffee machine, some basic pantry staples, and some kids toys. Please don't consider booking if you are not confident it will be respected and cared for. BYO kayaks or SUPs and enjoy the gorgeous screw creek at high tide, where you can paddle out to the beautiful inlet. MAIN HOUSE: 5 bedrooms comprise of: -1 king master suite and ensuite which includes an ensuite and bath (sits by itself up one end of home). -1 queen bed. - kids room with 2 single beds. -Another kids room with 2 single beds. -bedroom with a single bed (porta cot available). -full bathroom -separate toilet and vanity -additional powered room. -There is a generous upstairs rumpus room which can sleep two people on great quality extra long single day bed mattresses. -Netflix on downstairs TV Two King Guest Suites: Two luxuriously king bed suites are purposely built to be private and accessed independently from the house. Each are seperate to the other and have their own independent king beds, walk in robe, ensuite, and kitchenette. Netflix on TV’s. This is a spacious and generous package which would be perfect if you holiday with another one or two small families.. or have a family (to stay in the house) with grandparents or another couple/s who can use the 2 king suites. If you don’t require guest rooms we can negotiate a lesser cost. There is a family sized laundry with washing machine. Two outside clothes lines. The main kitchen is generous in size and easily caters for our large family, all standard and extra cooking aids and appliances will be left in kitchen for guests to use respectfully. This includes new coffee machine, dishwashers, ovens, and induction cook top. The kitchen includes a large butlers pantry with ample preparation area. There are two undercover areas outside. The main alfresco faces north and includes a newly renovated to built-in BBQ and wok burner, also a 3 door bar fridge, lounge and 12mt pool with built in spa and splash deck to cater for the whole family. Another alfresco area on the south has swing seats and bench seats with pull down screens to create a cosy indoor-outdoor space. There is an outdoor shower, and the home is set on an acre for some backyard cricket. We do requests all guests staying on the property to have no large parties, and no loud noise after 9.30pm There is a large chicken coop in the back yard. This usually has chooks. These animals will remain locked in the coop. Guests welcome to interact if desired and to feed them scraps. We may touch base if we need have someone pop in through backyard to top up feed and water. Pool and spa If guest rooms are part of your desired package the upstairs area rumpus is yours also. The garage and shed are not included in this package. Note there are 2 independently accessed guests suites that may be rented out. These are accessed completely seperate to the house and do not share any yard. These may be part of the package If desired and negotiated with host Other things to note This is not a place for parties. We have wonderful families surrounding us who enjoy the peace and quiet of this area. No music or loud noises after 9pm. And please be considerate of noise outside pool earlier than this.
