Our refurbished beach house is perfectly positioned on Port Macquarie's 9km coastal path. Walk 5-7 minutes north on the coastal path to enjoy a swim and breakfast at Town Beach. Walk 5-7 minutes south along the coastal path for a swim and delicious food at Flynn's Beach. Further south is the leash free dog beach at Nobby's. Walk into the CBD in 20 minutes. The space Your beach house has three bedrooms, sleeping 7, a large living area, bathroom, dining & fully equipped kitchen. There is an undercover deck off the living area which is perfect for bbqs and outdoor dining. Downstairs is a two car garage, laundry with shower and a second toilet. Walk out the front door and you're at the ocean in 3 minutes. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. There is plenty of room downstairs to store bicycles, surfboards, golf clubs and fishing gear. Our guests love the peaceful backyard with tropical and native plants that attract all variety of birds. Other things to note Port Macquarie is an all year holiday destination. The weather is sunny and mild, with a north-easterly breeze to keep you cool in summer. The water temperature varies between 20 and 24 degrees and lifesavers patrol Town Beach all year. Between May and September, migrating whales can be viewed from the reserve at the end of the street. The 9km coastal walk from Town Green to Lighthouse Beach has been updated with exercise stations and water fountains along the route. Cafes along the coastal walk are open all year.
