Our home is on a flat section on the hills of Nelson spanning across the Tasman Bay to the Western Ranges, enjoy all day sun, in the morning on the back deck, view the tui's and then relax on our front deck and watch the sunset with a drink of your choice. Only 5 mins bike ride to start on one of our many bike trails around the area, or 7mins into the city or shopping mall. We have parking for a boat and 2 cars, Our home is newly renovated, with queen beds, modern appliances, with great views. The space The bedrooms include the master bedroom at the front of the house with sea views, and one facing the garden at the back of the house . The living area has a heat pump, log fire, smart tv, and sun streaming in and opens to the kitchen/dining area with bi folding doors to the front deck to dine and entertain and maximize the views, our home is suitable for 2 couples or a maximum of 4 guests. Guest access Our property is central to Nelson City, and Richmond shopping centre. Local cafes are abundant around this area, along with great bike and walking trails. Parking at our property is for 3 vehicles, or 2 cars and a boat.
