The home boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms with queen beds, plus a third bedroom with a triple bunk bed, perfect for children or adults. Additionally, the living room offers a high-quality queen sofa bed for extra sleeping space. All furnishings are carefully curated, with pieces from well-known designers and local artists, ensuring exceptional comfort and style. The property includes two newly renovated, modern bathrooms: one en-suite with a shower, and the other with a shower/tub combination. For those seeking a true desert experience, there is also an outdoor shower, offering an amazing opportunity to refresh while soaking in the scenic views. Families with young children will find many thoughtful amenities, including a high chair, mini-crib with a luxury mattress, a variety of toys, a dollhouse, and children’s books. Please notify us in advance if children will be staying. Designed for a relaxed, peaceful retreat, this home features a variety of luxury amenities, including: * A fully stocked kitchen with brand-new, high-end appliances such as a gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, blender, Breville toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, and Bodum French press. * BBQ patio with lounge seating and a propane grill. * Spacious deck perfect for enjoying the views. * Large fire pit ideal for bonfires and stargazing (please note, firewood is not provided). * Horseshoe ring for some outdoor fun. * Swing set overlooking the canyon, offering the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. * Hammock for relaxing. * Private trail into the canyon. * Off-road access from the property. * Large driveway accommodating multiple cars and/or RV. * Washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Additional amenities include keyless entry, a Bluetooth speaker, water heater, swamp cooler, and central AC/heat. Please note, there is no microwave and no television, encouraging a laid-back desert lifestyle. This property features Starlink high-speed internet with speeds exceeding 300 Mbps, providing fast and reliable connectivity for most needs. However, due to the satellite-based nature of the connection, occasional service interruptions may occur. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park (plenty of space). There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and spa serviceman, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance. Other things to note This property does feature outdoor cameras for security purposes. These cameras are turned off when guests arrive and will not be active during your stay. **The outdoor cowboy tub is undergoing maintenance and is currently unavailable to guests.** OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement. Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed! For stays over 30 days, we offer optional mid-stay cleanings for an additional fee. These provide a full refresh of the home and linens, and we recommend scheduling one every 15 days. Our professional housekeeping team is paid a fair, livable wage and plays a vital role in ensuring each stay is comfortable and exceptionally clean. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine. Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
