Villa Stone with pool+Jacuzzi is on top of a mountain commanding breath taking views to the Adriatic Sea & yet just a 15 min drive to Dubrovnik & beaches. We are located far enough away from the crowds through the border into the quieter Herzegovina region of BOSNIA. (New faster channels completed December 2019). The villa, part of a small family resort, has a private pool with heating option, air-conditioning throughout, internet access & satellite TV. Sleeps 8 guests. Visit Montenegro too! The space The accommodation at Villa Stone is spacious, comfortable with A/C or heating, contemporary in design with each room offering mountain and sea views. It has a stunning pool terrace with an ‘all year round‘ Jacuzzi. There is a built-in barbecue and a stunning marble topped table for you to dine alfresco. For those of you who wish to do a little sun worshipping, then relax on the comfortable sun lounges or chill on the sofas and the outdoor lounge area! A modern open plan space offers a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar dining facilities,dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine and an all important ice-machine. There is dinning table to work or eat from and crockery provided for you to cook anything from a BBQ to a dinner party! Separate laundry facilities are shared with the neighboring villa. The lounge area has comfortable sofa's, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a DVD player. Both Master bedrooms have King-size beds,built in wardrobes and are en suite. The modern en suites have walk in showers and his and her sinks. Each twin room has the possibility of additional beds being added, fitted wardrobes and have adjacent bathrooms. One of the Master bedrooms and a twin room share a balcony with an occasional table and chairs for you to enjoy the view and the peace and quiet. All this with our unique, stunning panoramic views makes for comfortable living. Guest access NB: WE ARE LOCATED ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN , WITH NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND ARE NOT SUITABLE NON-DRIVERS OR THOSE GUESTS JUST WISHING TO PARTY. The entire villa is for you to enjoy, with terraces and private pool. Pool heating is included in the villa price in all months except July and August when it is provided at £15 per day, as not usually needed. NB: The pool will not be filled from end of November until beginning of April,unless requested, as it is not possible to heat in the winter months. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: OUR ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WISHING TO PARTY! The pool is serviced most days. All linen is included. Bedding changed on request. Bathroom and pool towels are provided but not beach towels. On request we can provide a full single pull out bed, large baby travel cot, high chair and baby car seat. We can also offer a babysitting service, if available. There is a small additional cost charge. We offer a complimentary 2 hour mini housekeeping service, once in a week. Servicing the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. We would also like ensure you that we have a high standard of cleanliness but in addition due to the Covid virus we will ensure the property will be immaculately disinfected and cleaned after the departure of each guest.
