THIRD BEDROOM - situated on the other wing has a charming garden view with lots of sunshine and provides two ‘king’ single beds and adjoining bathroom. KITCHEN - with its long timber breakfast bar is fully equipped with Miele appliances - microwave, oven/grill, dishwasher, gas hob etc. Nespresso Coffee Maker, Juicers etc. Everything you’d expect for a modern day kitchen. LAUNDRY - if you must do some washing! There's a full blown laundry (washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment etc) secreted behind the bi-fold doors in the third bathroom. GARDENS - level front and back are suitable for lawn based activities such as boules or badminton. NOTE though please, that the property boundaries are unfenced, so caution with children and pets please.
