Casa Nido sits in the residential section of PACIFICO - a resort-style community off the main street in Playas del Coco. The home is surrounded by nature and provides a beautiful, private getaway while still being close to the amenities of PACIFICO and all that Playas del Coco has to offer. The space Enter into the main floor living space and be drawn to the outside by the massive wall of windows leading to the pool. The L-shaped kitchen has sleek lines and a breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances and all the amenities of home. The kitchen flows into the dining and living space with seating for 8 around the dining table and comfortable living room furniture. The ground floor also has a half-bath and the first of the three bedrooms. This bedroom has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom and private terrace and pool access. On the second floor of the home are the second and third bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and terraces with peek a boo ocean views, as well as views of the pool. One bedroom has a King bed plus 2 twin beds, the other has 2 twin beds. The pool area is an entertainer’s dream with a outdoor kitchen space with grill, a large conversation set and comfortable loungers. Work on your tan, grill up a feast and listen to the sound of the howler monkeys in the surrounding trees and parakeets flying overhead. A true tropical oasis. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the home. Other things to note We're getting new neighbors! The PACIFICO development is growing and additional homes are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida! A NOTE ABOUT PRICING - While this home sleeps 8, the pricing starts for groups of 6.  This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing. PACIFICO BEACH CLUB The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club. Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club. *The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October. *The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.
